Description:

Clostridioides difficile defined medium, often referred to as minimal medium but the casamino acids contain amino acids that are not required in a minimal medium. Batch of casamino acids has a major influence of maximal growth. Adapted from Cartman ST, Minton NP. A mariner-based transposon system for in vivo random mutagenesis of Clostridium difficile.
