1 Dissolve ingredients except thiosulfate and adjust pH of medium to 7.3 - 7.5. Add thiosulfate to the medium after autoclaving from a sterile stock solution sterilized by filtration. For liquid medium also sterilize the phosphates separately in 1/10 of medium volume.
