1 Mix components except Na2S x 9H2O and bubble with N2 for 30 min. Distribute the medium into appropriate culture vessels (e.g., 10 ml medium in the Bellco anaerobic culture tube) under a N2 atmosphere, seal with butyl rubber stoppers. Add Na2S x 9H2O as 5% solution and autoclave. Adjust pH to 6.5 - 7.0, if necessary.
