Place 4 pieces of sterile cellulose (not nitrocellulose!) filter paper on each agar plate. Suspend freeze-dried content of the inner vial of one ampoule with 0.5 ml of liquid medium 167 and inoculate each piece of the filter paper with 1 large drop of the cell suspension.
