Distilled water 1000.000 ml - -
Add NTA (caution – carcinogenic!) to 500 mL distilled water.
Adjust pH to 6.5 with saturated KOH with constant stirring. NTA will go into solution as pH rises.
Once the NTA is completely dissolved and the pH is at 6.5, add each mineral salt in order given, letting each dissolve before adding the next.
Bring volume up to 1 L with distilled water.
Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 min.
Store at 4°C.
