1. <I>Mineral solution</I>: 

4.5	g	Yeast extract (BD-Difco)	
1.5	g	KH2PO4	
2.9	g	K2HPO4	
2.9	g	Urea	
3	g	L-Cysteine HCl x H2O	
20.9	g	MOPS	
10	g	Cellobiose	
1	mg	Resazurin	
1000	ml	Distilled water	
2.5	g	MgCl2 x 6 H2O	
0.375	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
0.031	g	FeSO4 x 7 H2O	
10	mg	ZnCl2	
0.03	g	L-Cysteine HCl x H2O	
10	ml	Distilled water	

2. Mix components thoroughly and adjust pH to 7.4. Distribute the medium into culture vessels under a N2-CO2 (9:1, v/v) gas mixture, seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave. After cooling, add per liter 1 ml following sterile solution from anaerobic stock.
