5	g	Yeast extract	
10	g	NaCl	
1	g	K2HPO4	
0.2	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
15	g	Agar	
900	ml	Distilled water	

1. After autoclaving, aseptically add 100 ml of a sterile 10% NaHCO3 solution to the medium. Check final pH to be about 9.0.
