1	g	Proteose peptone (Oxoid L85)	
20	ml	K2HPO4 (1 g/l stock solution)	
20	ml	MgSO4 x 7 H2O (1 g/l stock solution)	
20	ml	KNO3 (10 g/l stock solution)	
1000	ml	Distilled water	
15	g	Agar, for solid medium	

1. The stock solutions are those for SES. Make up to 1 litre with distilled water. For agar add 15g
per litre Bacterial Agar. Autoclave at 15 psi for 15 minutes.
