0.2	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
40	g	NaCl	
10	g	Na2CO3	
20	g	Agar	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. NaCl and Na2CO3 were autoclaved separately and added to the organic components at 60°C before pouring the agar media. Final pH should be about 10.0.
