1. Autoclave the solutions separately. All solutions should be mixed after autoclaving when they have cooled to at least 50°C. For solid media add to the first solution 15 g/l of Bacto agar or 12 g/l of agarose (Sigma).

1. adjust pH to 7.6 with NaOH
