1. Sterilize separately. For liquid medium combine solution A (with 1000.0 ml distilled water) and solution B. For solid medium combine solution A (with 500 ml distilled water), solution B and solution C. For strains of A. cycloheptanicus add 5 g/l of yeast extract instead of 2 g/l.

0.5	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.2	g	(NH4)2SO4	
2	g	Yeast extract	
5	g	Glucose	
3	g	KH2PO4	
1000	ml	Distilled water (for liquid medium)	
500	ml	Distilled water (for solid medium)	

1. Adjust pH to 4.0


## Solution B

1	ml	**Trace element solution SL-6**	


## Solution C

15	g	Agar	
500	ml	Distilled water
