10	g	Trypticase (BBL)	
1.5	g	K2HPO4	
2.5	g	NaCl	
1	g	Na-thioglycolate	
8	g	Sulfur (powdered)	
1	mg	Resazurin	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 7.3.
2. Prepare the medium anaerobically under 100% nitrogen. Sterilize thioglycolate and sulfur separately. Sterilize the sulfur by steaming for 3 h on each of three successive days.
