1. Adjust pH of solution A to pH 7.4. Autoclave solutions A and B separately. Filter sterilize vitamin solution. After cooling, add 1 ml solution B and 1 ml solution C per liter solution A.

## Solution B

0.8	g	Fe(III)-EDTA	
100	ml	Distilled water	


## Solution C

0.05	g	Vitamin B12	
100	ml	Distilled water
