1	ml	**Trace elements solution (Pfennig & Lippert, 1966)**

1	ml	**Vitamin solution**	
15	g	Agar, for solid medium	

1. Adjust pH to 7.4-7.6 Autoclave and add 1.0 ml/l vitamin solution from a filter sterilised stock solution (see below). The medium may be solidified by adding 15.0 g/l agar.

0.1	g	ZnSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.03	g	MnCl2 x 4 H2O

50	mg	Thiamine HCl	
100	mg	Riboflavin	
50	mg	Nicotinic acid	
50	mg	DL-Pantothenic acid	
1	mg	Vitamin B12	
50	mg	Para-aminobenzoic acid	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Filter sterilise.
