0.075	g	CaCl2 x 6 H2O	
2.2	g	Sodium succinate	
0.1	g	Yeast extract	
2	ml	**Trace elements solution**	
2	ml	**Vitamin solution**	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 6.8.
2. Prepare the medium without the vitamin solution.
3. Autoclave and add the vitamin solution from a filter-sterilised stock solution.
4. Incubate strains in liquid culture with air headspace in closed vessels.
