1000	ml	**Potato infusion**	
20	g	Glucose	
15	g	Agar	

1. Adjust pH to 5.6. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min

1000	ml	Water	
200	g	Potato	

1. Boil 200 g scrubbed and sliced potatoes in 1000 ml water for 1 hour. Pass through fine sieve. Avoid new potatoes.
