0.1	g	Nitrilotriacetic acid (C6H9NO6)	
0.06	g	CaSO4 x 2 H2O	
0.1	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
8	mg	NaCl	
0.1	g	KNO3	
0.69	g	NaNO3	
0.1	g	Na2HPO4	
10	ml	**Traceelements Solution**	
10	ml	FeCl3 x 6 H2O (0.17 mM)	
1	g	Tryptone (Bacto Trypton 211705)	
1	g	Yeast extract (Oxoid LP0021, BD 212750)	
15	g	Agar	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Dissolve the nitrilotriacetic acid (C6H9NO6), adjust the pH to 8.0 with 1 M NaOH.
2. Dissolve the remaining ingredients in the nitrilotriacetic acid solution and adjust to pH 8.2 with 1 M NaOH.
3. Autoclave at 121° C for 15 minutes.
