Modifications: Increase amount of NaHCO3 to 2.00 g/l to achieve a pH of 6.8 - 7.0 and add only 5.00 ml/l methanol. After inoculation pressurize vials with sterile 80% H2 and 20% CO2 gas mixture to 1 bar overpressure.
