311c: SPOROMUSA ACIDOVORANS MEDIUM

Modifications: Replace fructose with 2.50 g/l Na-(DL)-lactate added to the autoclaved medium from a separately sterilized anoxic stock solution. Cysteine and sulfide must be replaced by 0.15 g/l DL-dithiothreitol (DTT) added from an anoxic stock solution sterilized by filtration.

Growth observed:

Growth conditions: 2-3 days anaerobic 30 °C
