141c: METHANOCOCCOIDES MEDIUM
Modifications: Replace trimethylammonium chloride with 1.00 ml/l methanol solution (50% v/v) added from a sterile anoxic stock solution prepared under 100% N2 gas. For incubation use 80% N2 and 20% CO2 gas mixture at two atmospheres of pressure.
